The price of scanning work is dictated by the indexing. The more fields and/or the longer the index, the higher the price.

Documents that can be retrieved by minimal indexing are the most cost effective and keep the searches simpler.

The pricing structure of images per thousand is used because the client invariably knows its own volume of paperwork, thus enabling them to budget accordingly.

A representative of Turtle Imaging will gladly carry out a site inspection to ascertain your requirements more clearly and provide accurate costings. This is carried out free of charge.
