- SPACE: One CD can hold 20,000 Documents (equivalent of 1 x 4 draw filing cabinet).
- RETRIEVAL: Rapidly reduces retrieval time. Data can be accessed in seconds rather than in minutes or hours.
Once your documents have been scanned at our London depot, they can be destroyed. This will eliminate any further storage costs to your organisation. The data is securely shredded and recycled and a certificate of destruction is supplied.
H M Revenue & Customs will accept electronic data scanning as long as you have informed them that you will be storing your data this way.
